Skate Park Rules and Regulations

1.)              All users must sign in at the Park office.

2.)              All users must have proper ID bracelet on at all times while using Skate Park.

3.)              Anyone using or giving another person his/her bracelet will be expelled from Park.

4.)              Helmets must be worn at all times.  All skaters must wear proper safety equipment.

·             Skateboarders: helmet, shoes, elbow, and kneepads.

·             In-line skaters: helmet, elbow, and kneepads.

5.)              Skaters must provide their own equipment.

6.)              No bicycles, smoking, food, beverage, glass, or spectators inside fenced area.

7.)              Profanity and vulgar dress or behavior will not be tolerated.

8.)              All Park rules apply to Skate Park.

9.)              A maximum of 20 skaters inside fenced area at one time.

10.)          No trespassing after Park hours.

11.)          Exact operating hours will be determined and posted by the Park Director. (Skate Park may be closed at anytime for any reason such as inclement weather, scheduling conflicts, or center holidays.)

Skating within the Skate Park is a privilege, not a right.

Any violations of the above rules are reason for expulsion from the Skate Park or Park property.
