  • A Pasquotank County employment application (download the required application) Pasquotank County Application for Employment must be filled out for all positions except for the Sheriff's Department and the Department of Social Services. Those departments each have an application that you must use. For the Sheriff's Department call 252-338-2101. Anyone applying for positions at the Department of Social Services must complete the State Application Form PD 107 State Application First Half / Second Half . STATE APPLICATIONS MUST BE RETURNED TO THE EMPLOYMENT SECURITY COMMISSION OFFICE at 422 McArthur St (behind McDonalds)

  • An application must be completed for each position. No resumes will be accepted in lieu of an application. You are welcome to attach a resume to the completed application.

  • We only accept applications for jobs that are open.

  • Some jobs do have a closing date, so make sure you submit your application and/or resume by the closing date. Late applications cannot be considered. (Postmarks no later than the closing date are acceptable.)

  • Human Resources will forward applicant's application to the department with the vacant position. That department will contact the applicants and set up interviews.
